Neengal Nalamma – Smart Governance & Citizen Feedback Platform

Neengal Nalamma is an advanced governance platform developed by Timesmed to support the Government of Tamil Nadu’s vision of transparent administration under the leadership of M. K. Stalin. The platform enables senior government officials—including the Chief Minister, IAS officers, and department heads—to directly engage with beneficiaries of welfare schemes. Through an integrated communication system, officials can connect with citizens, verify whether services have been delivered effectively, and understand real-world experiences. Beyond communication, the system captures structured feedback and ratings from beneficiaries in real time. This ensures that citizen voices are not only heard but also systematically recorded and analyzed for governance improvement. A key capability of Neengal Nalamma is its intelligent escalation mechanism. When issues or dissatisfaction are reported, cases are automatically escalated to higher authorities for timely resolution. These interactions and insights are reflected in centralized dashboards, enabling continuous monitoring, performance evaluation, and data-driven decision-making.
